Who? what? when? where? why?
Liz Robitaille is a full time working Mom with 2 kids. Her husband also works full time so her ability to plan, shop for and prepare fresh, home cooked meals and difficult. Just before Christmas she over here some girls from her work talking about a new meal planning company in Hamilton called Dinnerlicious. She signed up right away, she loves the idea of meals being planned for her but she can still injury cooking for her family now there eating dinner by 6:30 every night.

Dinnerlicious is not really easy to find, they don't have advertisements that go on TVs and they don’t put up billboards unless you hear it from someone you don't know what it is. Most of the people that get food from Dinnerlicious. They also don't have a lot of information about them online other than their website to buy the food and some good comments about other there food by other customers.
4) Market Max
Product, price, promotion, place target market and comparison.
The product that the company Dinnerlicious sells are ingredients for different types of food that the customer will cook, there are steps and tips that the customer can follow but other than that they can do whatever they want with the ingredients. A first time customer is charged $60 for a planned meal bag so they can see what it’s about. After that, the normal price Is $75 per delivery. If your feeding 6 at each meal, that works out to a few pennies over $4 per person. Dinnerlicious promotes there company mostly online. The concept of a meal bag delivered to the home began in Sweden, quickly spreading across Europe, and now it is being introduced into Canada. Their headquarters are in Hamilton, Ontario, and their revenue is $2.5 million and they have about 39 employees. Dinnerlicious is mostly targeting full time working moms that don't have time to go grocery shopping or plan a family meal all the time. Their main competition is Chef’s plate, Plated, and Home Chef.
5)S.W.O.T. Analysis
Dinnerlicious is a healthy food company with a variety of meals for customers to choose from. They have many good comments on their website about how it is easy to follow the recipe and that the ingredients are fresh. Although there are a lot of good reviews about Dinnerlicious it is hard to fear about them unless someone tells you. I think that Dinnerlicious should make advertisements or put up billboards about what the company so more people can hear about them. Because Dinnerlicious is still new to Canada and not a lot of people have heard about them people might just decide to go to other companies that are more popular and well known.
